Ques. Can I apply for SSC CGL Exam? What is the eligibility criteria of SSC CGL?
Ans. To
apply for SSC Combined Graduate Level Exam, you should have a Bachelor’s Degree.
Candidates
who have less marks in Graduation they can also apply. Because Less marks in
graduation / 10th / 12th does not create any problem.
If you are a
Final Year Student & You want to apply for SSC CGL then yes, you can apply but your result must be declared by 1 August.
The Age
Limit varies between 20 – 30 year According to the posts.

Ques. What is the Exam Pattern of SSC CGL?
Ans.
SSC CGL Exam
is conducted in 4 Tiers.
Tier 1 : This
is an Online Mode Exam consists 100 Objective type with multiple choices
questions of 4 sections (Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, English)
Tier 2 :
This is also an Online Mode Exam with Objective type with multiple choices
questions.
In this Exam
Paper 1 (Quantitative
Ability) & Paper 2 (English) are compulsory for every candidate.
Paper 3 is conducted
for post of Statistical Investigator Gr. II & Compiler.
Paper 4 is
for the post of Assistant Audit Officer.
Tier 3 : It
is a Descriptive Offline Exam of 100 Marks. (Descriptive Paper in English/Hindi
(writing of Essay /Precis /Letter/Application Writing etc.)
Tier 4 : It
is a Data Entry Skill Test (DEST) / Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)
Computer
Proficiency Test for Asst. Section Officer in CSS post only.
Data Entry
Skill Test at Speed of 8000 key depressions per hour for Tax Assistant post
only.
